I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RIVERFRONT TOWERS OR AMP RESIDENTIAL. Today, marks the 12th day of my lease and my apartment is still in an unacceptable state. Riverfront Towers thinks that’s okay since all the problems have had speedy remedies. That would be fine if the apartment was in a condition that was ready to have a tenant living in it, but it wasn’t. I didn’t have an operable bathroom(s) for 10 days. ###DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! INCOMPETENT STAFF!!! Peggy Evans overaeas property. Staff is very unprofessional. Jealousy and backstabbing and favoratism exists in management. Management and veteran employees feel threatened by competition and will plot, and set up those who steal their limelight. They currently have a homeless crackhead working the gatehouse midnights named Bryan Edmonds.
