Held my application for several days before telling me that it wasn’t complete, to no fault of my own. Then constantly being told it would get pushed through when no one was actively working on it. A process that took less than 10 minutes and when I expressed my frustration they wouldn’t even provide a full refund and I have to wait for a check in the mail. Very unprofessional practices.
