Rich Nunez is amazing, we had a great experience, we closed on the house superfast. He will tell you the complete breakdown and explain everything on the phone (everytime I called him he spent an hour explaining everything). So you just dont get one flat rate but you get to choose with the knowledge you need to decide whats best for your situation.
