I closed two loans last week with Rich Nunez at AMP Lending. He did a superior job. This is the best experience I've had in over a decade! He REALLY knows what he is doing. He made things happen and got it done. This was a fairly complex undertaking involving selling two properties via a 1031 Exchange and then using the funds for down payment on several other properties. These transactions went flawlessly!
