This company is a complete joke , this company could care less about you or your loved one. 4-5 different aides in the past 5 months and all were horrible ! Manager is rude and never offers to compensate for the mess ups they made. My mother was dropped numerous of times during restroom room transfers and bed transfers. One aide talked to my mother like complete crap ! manager does nothing , just is rude and talks back. Horrible company
Our family is happy we chose amp home care solutions for the care of our father. The owner Isaac is hands on in knowing what’s going on with the care of his clients and as an aprn he is always accessible with questions or concerns about my fathers health and care. All of the home Health aides are wonderful and competent care givers and Isaac goes above and beyond to try to find the best fit for my fathers needs.
