No dress! Won’t answer the phone or messages!!!! Where is her dress that she ordered since last year?!?!?!?!
Their service was crappy and I was treated poorly at this establishment. Do not go here. BEWARE!!!!

Very poor customer service. Bad communication between store owner, employees and the customers. I was given different information everytime I talked to anyone working in the store. Waste of time and my energy. I put down a deposit for a dress, and because I was unhappy with my service decided to go with a different company. There isn’t a set amount deposit for a purchase marked anywhere in the store or on my receipt. Store owner would not refund any amount of my money I paid. Bad experience!
Amoure Bridal Boutique was phenomenal! After visiting several boutiques in Charleston and having no luck whatsoever, I went to Amoure in Citadel Mall. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and helped me find the perfect dress for our big day. They were accommodating and professional. They went above and beyond. If I had to do it over, 10/10 would go to them! (I meant to do this review months ago...but what can I say..married life is busy!) Thank you Amoure Bridal Boutique staff!
Love this woman. Her dresses are also beautiful!!!
