They did a bad job, used a rough buff on my nails making it thin, and didn’t remove the cuticle right. I would’ve done a better job doing my own nails with my left hand with the color I asked them to remove the tip from the payment, they said they can’t and their boss is in the hospital so they can’t call them. What a perfect timing. I picked a 15% but they somehow added a 20%. Lol The staff was trying to argue back and forth with me about how they spent time doing my nails. I usually get what I ask for but I guess today is not my day
Very rude to children
I went here for the first time today I scheduled pedicure for 3 people. I got a basic with regular polish. She started at 7:15 and finished exactly at 7:30. I’ve done basic pedicures hundreds of times and they never take 15 minutes. Minimum 35-45 minutes. I feel like she was rushing me so fast and didn’t even cut my cuticles correctly and only scrubbed and massaged for 2 minutes.
