Newer to the area and really love this place! Everyone is so kind, my nails always turn out flawless, and my services are very relaxing. They also care about your health and safety. This isn’t another nail chop shop, these are professionals!

I have always been loyal to Sun and Dyn. Today was not a good experience. Getting your nails done is a luxury and you pay your hard earned money. I was quickly asked how I was going to pay, I usually do Venmo. Then when a tip is expected. That should be at the customers discretion. I hate to leave them, because I love to support them. But my experience today was not what I feel like Sun and Dyn would want for their customers:

I arrived at the nail salon and chose a color for my nails. While a gentleman was painting my nails, I noticed that the color didn’t match what was shown in the jar or the paint bottle. When I mentioned this, he replied, "Oh, we have red lights in the building. That’s why it looks red. If you go outside, it will look better." The difference in shade between the pink I had chosen and the actual result, which was a bright red, made me feel dismissed as a customer. My thoughts and feelings seemed to be disregarded.
