My fiance bought my engagement ring 4 months ago and 3 days ago, my center piece fell out. For such an expensive ring, it must have been cheap made.
There was two young girls working and they could not answer anyone my questions they knew nothing .
Brought an engagement ring here for resizing. Once the ring was resized, we were losing side stones. Amor agreed to send the ring back for replacement and to secure the stones properly. Today - another side stone has fallen out and I will need to take this to another facility to be repaired. This is unacceptable as the ring has been shipped out 3 times at this point. Good customer service but I have had 4-weeks worth of issues with the ring - starting with a simple resizing. I will not return
Great staff, great product, great prices, but they had issues with suppliers and it took an extra 3 weeks to get the rings. Overall still very happy with the service. Would recommend to other people who have time.
