I asked to hair cut. Just a little. Not to cut my bangs. I had grown them for months. Now, I have to take a month to grow back. Then my hair is too short at the top. Too short in the back. Then you charge $10.00 to use a straight iron. Never had that. Then I had to wait 20 minutes before I got my hair dryer because had to talk to the other customer. Then you make jokes while I am still in the salon. So unprofessional. I paid $125.00 for a person who didn't listen. Don't go this salon. How sad you are!!!
Salon will not let me purchase a gift card for Christmas - can't do it by phone - really. I live in CT and want it for my daughter who lives in the City. Too Bad!
