When Elm Grove was overseeing this place it was great, quick response time from maintenance and any questions you had were answered quickly by the property manager. However, since Condor Property took it over, they've jacked up the rent on some units almost by $600 a month compared to what I'm currently paying for mine. It makes me worried for when my lease is up what their options (hopefully not unaffordable) will be. I wanted to stay here for a few years but I guess we'll see. Maintenance is unresponsive. Great place to live
A great location in Manchester with great parking and a very okay apartment. The people who live here are honestly awesome and come from many backgrounds, but really feels like a nice neighborhood. The management team is pretty bad, they’re off site and blast you with updates during the winter for plowing that are usually wrong and meant for other locations they also own.
