noise has been unbearable at times. The upstairs neighbors constantly stomp and make excessive noise well into the night and it’s been extremely disruptive. I expected management to take these concerns seriously but I haven’t felt that they’ve been handled in a way that actually resolved the problems. My experience for living there for almost 6 months was wonderful until everything started to happen to my place and a bad roommate situation. First i tried to get the roommate off the lease as I was in the middle of getting eviction and was trying to go get help but no one would help when my roommate was still on the lease and they refuse to even help me get her off the lease instead they email me a paper to do it ourself but no one will take that cause NONE OF US SIGN CAUSE I AINT TALKING TO MY OLD ROOMMATE. I was looking for some one did not fine them
When Elm Grove was overseeing this place it was great, quick response time from maintenance and any questions you had were answered quickly by the property manager. However, since Condor Property took it over, they've jacked up the rent on some units almost by $600 a month compared to what I'm currently paying for mine. It makes me worried for when my lease is up what their options (hopefully not unaffordable) will be. I wanted to stay here for a few years but I guess we'll see. Maintenance is unresponsive.
