Hi Everyone! so with the storms rolling through West Michigan AND with it being so humid, I decided to get take out from Amore Trattoria Italiana. They are located on Alpine Ave in Comstock Park. OMG - I got a 'slice' of their Meat Lasagna. Trust me it is not a 'slice' it is a serving for 2. And I must say this has got to be in my top 3 restaurant lasagnas. . . If you live on the Northwest area of Grand Rapids you should check them out on Facebook - they post their specials daily.
Generous, delightful servings & food. Drawn to Amore because of the Gluten Free menu choices! Parking lot distancing lines well orchestrated. Only regret : we can't yet experience dining indoors. This too shall pass. ♥️
Amazing food and service!
We have been numerous times over the years and the food is incredible, every time! From the apps, to the main dishes to the desserts... we have loved them all. I am a fairly tough critic too, I’m Italian and love good food... so it’s definitely top notch ;) The staff and owner went out of their way every time as well to make sure we had a perfect dinner. It’s so rare to have the restaurant owner/chef stop by your table to personally check in on your meal. This is clearly a place that cares!
Mother’s Day feast! It was perfect...and that bread!!!
Awesome food, but even better staff! I’ve never been treated better at a restaurant than at Amore. And, during the COVID-19 pandemic, their take-out was top notch! They were even selling add-on bouquets from Eastern Floral & had live music in the parking lot for all of us waiting in our cars! Would always recommend; wedding receptions, anniversary dinners, or even just a random Wednesday... you can’t go wrong!
