prices are ridiculous, $53 for a 14 lb Bichon haircut. Wait time is also another factor, had him there at 8 am for a 10 am pickup time and he wasnt done for another half hour. Also very poor customer service skills, no apology, no we are sorry we didnt have him done on time, just here you go bye bye.

I had surgery 1 1/2 weeks ago. I have a pup (Jax) that is 1 1/2 and needless to say quite energetic. Sam came and not only picked him up and kept him to play all day but brought him home at the end of the day. He was happy and worn out by the time he got home. Made it much easier to recuperate! Thank you Sam and Amore’!!!

Called 3 times, left message a week ago, I did finally reach a young gal today been trying to find out if they would do my cat. I do live right here, just outside of Norwalk wanted to try to keep business within town plus I can’t go far anyway she stated groomer is allergic to cats, she only has two cats she is doing now and will not take in any more.? I just feel somebody should have called me back, I understand allergies I get that but just a flat out not taking any more cats in only doing two I just thought it was all odd... read more

We took are 2 dogs there for the first time this week for hair cuts.One of the dogs was refused by anouther groomer due to heart condition. They did a fantastic job on the dogs. My only question is why we waited so long to try them. New customers here�THANKS

These ladies always do such a fantastic job with our Jovie (9-year old Goldendoodle) and now we'll be taking our Charlie girl (11-week old daschund/beagle mix) there, too! She just got her first nail trim and left feeling super loved!
