I'm very particular when it comes to dentists, having had to leave my family dentist of over 20 years, but this dental practice is exceptional.....wonderful environment from the moment you walk in. Very happy to have found them...
Had an appointment yesterday. The reception Tanya was super friendly and Dr. Anni got amazing attention to detail that she didn’t just clean my tooth but made sure they’re shiny. Thank you so much. It was an enjoyable experience.
It's okay. I was a patient here for just under two years and had a few check ups and treatments done. They are consistently late for appointments, which you start to get used to and then I moved and my dentist is always on time and I realise it isn't the norm. We are talking 15-30mins late at a time. It's just poor form. The service was mostly fine but I ended up leaving when he suggested two implants at $8k per tooth. Dr Vincenzo was very professional and knowledgeable he recommended my wisdom tooth be extracted, and did it there and then which was great! Also a shout out to the nurse who made me feel comfortable....il definitely be back 😁🦷🤝
Saffron, the wonderful receptionist, got me an emergency appointment on a busy Friday afternoon. I had cracked a tooth and worried I was in for a world of pain. Dr Vincenzo, was kind, gentle and explained what he was doing as he examined my tooth. He was not pushing me to get the tooth filled or removed while I still had pain and trauma. He suggested giving the tooth time to settle down, and after reviewing my medications, suggested Panadol and an anti inflammatory.
