We're located in the Jeffersontown Commons Shopping Center on Taylorsville Road. Among Friends is within easy access to Interstates I-64, I-71, I-264 and I-265.Imagine a 6,000 square ft. spacious, well-lit quilt shop with over 5,000 bolts of 100 cotton fabrics, and a complete selection of threads, notions, books, patterns and gift items. Stopped here while visiting during street rod nationals. very nice shop, huge fabric selection and friendly staff. I got some cute retro camper fabric.
This is such a delightful place to shop and visit. The staff greets everyone as they arrive. These ladies are ready to assist with your questions and selections. Wonderful fabrics are displayed throughout and their quilt samples are fabulous. Upon entering, be sure and notice the color wall. It is beautiful! You'll enjoy your visit and will want to return again and again.
Great shop, wonderful selection of fabric, knowledgeable staff always willing to help! Lots of sewing machines to choose from as well as long arm, mid arm, sit down quilting machines and much more. Love this store!
Among Friends has quilting for every taste from traditional to modern. The classes are always valuable and everyone is so helpful for every aspect of the quilting experience!

This is a wonderful quilt shop. Very nice selection of fabrics, precuts, kits and books. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also sell sewing machines and long arms. Worth a visit if you are in the Louisville area.
Love Love LOVE this place!!! I truly am Among Friends when I walk through the door. The first time I entered (11 yrs +) I felt at home. It is one of my most places to be. Can't wait to get the New Year started. I have made so many friends. It is truly a blessing.
