friendly, helpful and courteous. my only negative is the fact that supplies and books or patterns for English Paper Piecing are always very low or out of stock.

Large selection of fabrics. Great idea projects. Friendly. Is a Janome dealer and sells Robison Anton thread. Both are hard to find. Glad me stopped there.
