I feel compelled to write a review for Amon, since I 've used them 3 times for my properties, and see this 1-Star entry from a prototypical entitled sorehead from the East side of SF. We have a number of these folk whose life consists of being mad at the world, and since this one only wrote two very negative reviews, he falls in the pattern. If he was doing doing something that required an appraisal, he should expect entry on his property. I used them for my Pecos home. They are responsive, efficient, timely and professional. I was impressed with their services and highly recommend them.

Supposedly was to do an appraisal for a bank loan ... 2 months of waiting, then calls up and says there is one day and one time he will be there. I tell him that we can't make that time. He then said they will call back. 10 days later still no call. Due to the time taken, we timed out on application and have to start all over again. I went to a local credit union and they got an ABQ appraiser out here in 4 days. Avoid doing business with these people if you can.
