RecommendedI have tried many CRM systems in the past. If you have ever tried a few you can get very frustrated on learning the system. Also finding a system that has everything you need like full automation is hard to find. I was extremely impressed with Amocrm. It has it all! But by far their customer service has been the best I ever have experienced. By far hands down you can’t go wrong with them. I have been working with Sophia in customer service and she is amazing. Thank you all for simplifying my work life.

I am extremely disappointed with the Product. Promised things dont work out of the box. Gmail Sync not happening, No email sync since 14 hours, no calendar sync. You can only be number 01 CRm if you have Technical service to go when people need help, Your Customer service has been pretty sloppy so far in solving problems. I would really like nothing more than to cancel my account but no one from customer service team is responding to that as well. POOOOOOOR

The ever best CRM! High usability 5-stars! We use it and help other to integrate it and we love it! Very recommend it to everyone!
I love how this system works great but their customer service could not be worse. they have one and only one phone number and they live on another side of the world. When you get connected they have little to no experience to help you. The truth is this is a great choice if you plan on never using customer service at all.
