Hard to reschedule appointments due to front desk staff not answering, had an incident and cold not make my appointment tried to call several times before the appointment and got no call back or answer a month later called to reschedule and was told I can’t be seen due to two missed appointments.
Very good practice to go to. Nice staff. Had 2 root canals done and almost fell asleep. Ava was an awesome staff I had today. Will recommend this office to others for sure.
Dr Amoah was great! I didn’t feel a thing. And his assistant Ava was friendly and knowledgeable. Will come back for all my dental needs! Thank you!
I had to get my teeth filled and was very worried but Ava and Dr. Amoah made this a very painless and worry- free experience!!! As far as the receptionist (don’t remember her name) she was very rude and not knowledgeable. The receptionist also hung up on me twice… I’m still giving them 4 stars, besides the rude receptionist I’ve had a pleasant experience here!
Came in with a rotten tooth for emergency dental. Gave me a prescription for amoxicillin, set me up for an appointment to have tooth pulled a week later. When I came back to have the tooth pulled, they told me they couldn’t take my insurance anymore… which they were happy to take for the first appointment. Was told to call back in a month and they should be able to help me. Just called back was told I was out of luck. They charged god knows what for 5 minutes to tell me what I already knew plus a amoxicillin prescription. So... read more
