After being told by my GP that my low energy levels, hair loss, irregular periods and extreme mood swings were just a normal part of ageing (despite only being in my 30s!), seeing Amnys was a breath of fresh air. She took the time to really listen, understand what was going on, and provide tailored advice and support that has helped immensely. Her massages are also incredible, healing, and deeply restorative. I can't recommend her highly enough.
Thank you I'll be back for more of this🌈🩷
As someone who suffers from chronic pain and exhausted the medical system, Amnys has given me hope for managing symptoms of pain, providing bowel support and relief and giving me valuable information regarding hormones and womens health. I am so grateful to have found her and I know she will have the ability to improve your quality of life on so many levels, physically, as well as mentally.
