Had a great complimentary conversation with Anna. She sounded really good and confirmed her availability. Her office bombarded me with over 30 WhatsApp messages everyday. I called twice to inform the office to stop so many messages. The office has been terrible. I had provided my contacts, insurance number and the office wanted all details of my policy!
