Just got off the phone with these inept people. This should be zero stars, if allowable. I asked them if they do a civil engineering project for me. A very simple lot split in California. I provided the survey and they only needed to add a small amount of information the the survey and stamp it. I sent the information to them, in a very detailed manner. I have to echo the other poor reviews here. I asked for a new grading and drainage plan that would level out the developable area of my back & side yards and provide a pool. What they sent me was a plan that did not level out my yard or change the current drainage flow, but rather showed the drainage going right into the area we want to put the pool in. They basically changed nothing except to plop a pool into the middle of the current drainage plan, so water would just flow into the pool or collect around it. While, the eng... read more
