This is concerning a new home built in 2014 with Ammons Surperior Plumbing as the contracted vendor by the home builder. Last week while cleaning the downstairs bath, I discovered damage to the hardwood flooring around the base of the toilet. I felt the area and the wood felt slightly damp.
