Hi, there. If you ever want to have a good experience, go to almmon when I arrived there, I was late 45 minutes. My appointment was at 7I didn't even get to sit down for 10 minutes before I was called in the back. I hadn't even finished all of my paperwork yet. Which I did, but they saw me, they got me in a chair. They did everything they supposed to do. They explained everything to me to break down no cost of everything and they helped me out so good. Friendly and kind staff! They were very reassuring and nonjudgmental. I needed my wisdom teeth out and they made the process very smooth and quick!
Really disappointed in the customer service, Barbra acted as if she was too busy to handle emailing me 2 doctors notes, had to call back 3 times just for her to email the first one, never got the second. Acted as if they could care less about getting me what I needed. Now my job has penalized me. So thank you for you lack of caring.
