Waited 4 hours inside the store to get my name called, had nowhere to sit down! and at the end they didn't have what I wanted. Worst experience ever.

Staff is always courteous and helpful, I was there today with girl. She’s getting into guns. So today we were in there and Ammo Brothers employee Ryan spend the end of his shift plus an additional 45 minutes over helping me, without rushing me or passing me off to someone else. Applaud that kind of customer service because finding out later that he was not getting paid for OT (overtime).
