Mike arrived promptly, fixed our problem quickly, and charged reasonably.
January 14 2024 our heat pump quit producing heat. It was 1° out on Sunday. We called Ammerman Heating & Air , first off it was a Sunday and he answered the phone and he came out on a Sunday. Can’t get any better customer service than that I highly recommend prices were fair.
Mike has been great to work with for 15 years. He has been as prompt as any service firm I have worked with, provided effective and economical solutions for both original installations and for repairs! I recommend Ammerman Heating and Cooling unequivocally.
It was 10 pm on a Friday night and I noticed my Furnace was flashing a code so I texted a short video and we tried Several things! He ended up coming to my home and troubleshooting the problem and got me running! Ended up coming back by Monday at noon and replaced the pressure switch under warranty!
Always quick to respond to our calls and does great work. Would not use anyone else. Very fair price always. Honest man.
