I have been using Marc (AMMDAC) for close to 20 years. He's prompt, he's knowledgeable, and above all, he's trustworthy. I also like that he runs a small family-owned business. One of the reviewers states that AMMDAC is expensive.. Sometimes finding a bargain proves to be more than you bargain for.. cheap is not always a good deal.
I was so grateful when I found Ammdac when I moved to northwest houston over 20 years ago. Mark the owner operator is a great guy (now his son helps him). I have never had any issues with them. Mark has never tried to oversell me and has always only performed the services that needed to be done. I used him initially to keep my A/C alive that came with my new house, and since then he has replaced my outside units and coils for both sides of the house.
