Dr. Alkassm has been my Dr. for over 12 years after my Dr. Tanzman retired. He's left the practice & now I must find out where he's moved to because he understands me. He's down to Earth, kind, gentle, personable, no judgemental doctor. Despite his height, he's really a gentle doctor. He's awesome & I don't want to lose him as a doctor so I'm determined to find him because he's definitely one of a kind. Continued blessings to you Dr. Alkassm!
Most of the staff are great. The internal medicine doctors are terrible and never reply to your messages or calls in a timely manner. They are absolutely unprofessional and don’t care about your well-being as their patient.
I have prescriptions filled at the Reidman Center every month and so far am very happy with the pharmacy services there. However, my issue is with the lab — I had a blood sample drawn on 5/23 which was ordered by my PCP. It was in the morning so I may have not drank enough water, but I’ve had quite a painful bruise from the blood draw on my arm ever since then. I'm at the Riedman Health Center approximately every 3 to 6 months. Always very helpful, enjoy the physicians and the doctors that work there, usually a pleasant experience when you have to see a doctor.
