I highly recommend Classic Collision Shop 2 at 11600 Menchaca Road. Laura in the office was proficient, professional and truly kind. Raunel the Service Advisor was expert at every phase. The whole process to repair my truck took 5 business days and my truck looks great! Incredible job by the whole Shop 2 team!
GREATT SERVICE i came the other day to get an estimate on my vechicle and the front desk lady i believe her name is laura she was extremly helpful walked me through the whole process of it as this was my first time coming here. Will be coming back again next time when i need to!
“I can see visually where your bumper is pushed in, but I can’t write an estimate. I would need to take the bumper off, but we don’t work on these cars.” Was sent here through a Geico claim for a preliminary estimate and ended up wasting my time. From the lady at the front desk to the appraiser it was all unprofessional and was a glaring example of today’s workers incompetence.
Excellent service,they fixed my car and made it look new again, not just that they even cleaned my car when they returned it. I am so happy to have had them work on my car and am planning on taking it to them for other services I would like done to my car. I highly recommend them. They even keep you posted on the whole process. The staff is very friendly and very caring to make sure you are completely satisfied. Thank you, Jason, for also making my experience a wonderful one.
