I absolutely cannot recommend Fenders. Ten months ago, I had the clear coat fail on my car. I brought it in and dealt with delays and poor communication from the staff. Recently, I had to bring the car back because the clear coat failed, again. In the exact same spot that was originally repaired. RecommendedTraveled from Destin to Crestview to have my mothers Camry repaired here. Multiple incidents caused quite a lot of body damage, but they worked with her insurance and me to get all repaired. Very pleased with work performed and all staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
RecommendedI was very pleased with the professionalism exhibited by each employee that I came in contact with. While my car was in the shop, I was updated several times on the progress of the work. The work was excellent and the area worked on looked like new. I, additionally, requested an estimate to touch up areas where the paint had been scratched off, but have not received it yet. I would most definitely take my car back to Platinum Collision for any body work needed.
RecommendedBrought in my 2017 Focus ST for front bumper damage and the team at Classi did an amazing job. They were super thorough and paid attention to every detail, the staff in the office was extremely professional and friendly and gave me consistent updates on my cars status. Definitely will be my go to place for auto body work as well as my recommendation for friends and family!
