I loved AMLI 3464 when I moved in back in 2017, but since then it has gone down hill. The hallways smell like sewage often, and the way they "fixed" that problem was to add very strong air fresheners. So now it smells like sewage, smoke, and strong perfume. The community is supposed to be smoke-free, but neighbors smoke all the time and it fills up my apartment with the smell. That should be an easy issue to solve... I have been renting a 1 bedroom apartment in Amli on 2nd for almost a year. There have been a few occasions where I have been mildly annoyed with the management and staff of the building but I have now reached my wits end. There have been THREE pipe bursts in one year. One last year, and two in a week at the end of last month. The negligence here is UNBELIEVABLE! The staff have been rude, uninformed, and incapable of handling these situations. Cash grab at its best. Irresponsible lazy staff... I gave them 30 days notice and they said they can't find it, not that I need it for option 3 move out plan,, And then I found a tenant to rent the place so avoid future expenses after moving out and they generated random numbers for rent and then said they can't know for sure what it'll be because the unit isn't on the market. am disappointed by the important floor information that the leasing office and their website is hiding from me. It is the first time I see the concrete floor in the US which is totally different from the showroom I toured, since this unit was not available at that time. The leasing office also told me that they have the same furnishing style. It made me shocked the first day I moved in, and not to mention the damaged areas and dirty marks and lines on the floor. I just have to share how AMAZING the entire staff at Amli Arc is!!!! I recently relocated from the Amli Arc building in Seattle for work, although I love my new Amli location in So Cal I miss my Amli Seattle family!! We were trying to move to Miami but due to Midtown 29 horrible customer service not only did we not move here but they charged us $675 for application fees after we paid everything upfront. Because we refused to pay this amount and we have proof of payment from the previous transaction they sent us to collections! The worst apartment experience I have ever been apart of. Save your money and go somewhere else
