My husband and I have been with Amli on Riverside for 5+ years. Living here was a great experience . The staff was so responsive and always made sure to answer our questions quickly and respond to maintenance calls. Amli Riverside has been nothing but a positive experience!
The overall rating of this complex is just a facade. You will end up realizing the reality once you start living here at AMLI on Riverside property and it's poor management. Cleanliness and hygiene level has become horrible. Trash, food, unhygienic filth are scattered all over the staircase, corridors outside apartments and walkways. Scattered trash remains for days before being cleaned up. The marks still remain on the staircases and walk ways making it disgusting to use daily.
