I stayed at AMLI on Riverside for a year, and the experience was quite good. 4 stars because of my personal experiences, but it could be a 5 stars potentially Pros: 1. Maintenance team was very quick and helpful. I had my appliances fixed either the same day or the next day 2. Friendly staff team. Pretty responsive to emails and calls 3. Great location. Service for issues are provided quickly and the maintenance men are courteous and efficient.
I’ve lived here with my husband for over three years and have loved our experience. I feel safe and the complex is well kept. We also have a fantastic experience with any maintenance requests we put it in. They are always answered fast and at the most it only takes 48 hours for it to be completed! Specifically, I wanted to thank Olayo Romero for always helping us out when we need it. Thank you Amli!
