I’m very upset! On September 6th I came in hoping to get information on a bedroom apartment! There was a young lady with the name of davina or something close to that there! First, when I came in she did not greet me and my spouse! The whole time we were there she acted as if she had a terrible attitude and was very rude. We have been living at Amli for 2 years now. Absolutely love the community, common spaces etc but roaches have been a nightmare for us right from the beginning. We spotted them on day 1 before moving in. Amli said it could be a one-time occurrence and treated the situation. We had to follow up for bi weekly treatments thereafter for several months. This was such a beautiful property, probably the most pristine one we toured in the area. I was a former tenant at one of the Amli property and the company does not disappoint in terms of aesthetics and service. Our leasing agent was fun and patient. The grounds were well kept and the exterior building was pristine. While touring the model home and unit, there were signs that the property management company wanted to ensure cleanliness was a high standard. I would not recommend moving to this apartment complex due to roaches and unprofessional leasing staff using tenant private information for their personal use. Though the apartment complex itself is pretty, in a great location, and a quiet neighborhood, none of that trumps the fact that it is infested with roaches. Not only have there been roaches in my unit since the day I moved in, they plague the entire complex. I see roaches of various sizes in the complex hallways, parking garage, and near the pool. UPDATE 08/28/2025: It has been 4 months since we have moved in and there are still constant roach issues. pest control is unable to fix this issue so it seems like the property is just infested with cockroaches. They are in my bedroom and even in my fridge. On top of this, there are massive cockroaches in the hallways of the building and on the outside on the sidewalk at night.
