I lived in Unit 2021 for almost three years, and I never saw a single bug inside the apartment. The beautiful views, scenery, and natural sunlight made this unit absolutely perfect. I am actually moving out because everything in my life worked out so well while living here. The quiet and friendly neighbors, the high ceilings, and the cozy atmosphere made this place feel truly special. I am very grateful to have been given such a wonderful unit. I highly recommend this place!
Maintenance is pretty fast here
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at AMLI this past year. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone interested in the Irving area. Quite and safe neighborhood, nice rooms, nice pool :)
Their maintenance team is amazing! The office staff is usually pretty blasé and uninterested in truly helping. They are pretty sketchy about what they charge you and why. The way they keep up the grounds and apartment building is amazing! Mr. Rome is amazing, super fast and kind! From the 1 star reviews, I will say the cleanliness of the building is amazing! They scrub the hallways at least once a week and clean up messes from other sloppy residents very quickly.
Initially liked this community before moving in, but now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The apartments is full of pests, and the maintenance quality doesn't justify the high rent! Even after doing the pest control for straight few weeks we didn’t find any difference and front desk is the worst i have seen so far and not at all helpful. Based on my recent experience, the front desk calls get disconnected or always go to voicemail.
