We love amli but….I’m changing my review UPDATE: It’s been years now and we just resigned as they left our rent consistent otherwise we probably would have looked elsewhere. The property is aging and quite frankly we’re done with all this construction around the immediate area. All spring & summer the dog park has been closed as well as the park due to construction. It has been great living here. People in office are super friendly and helpful. Complex is clean and quiet. Our dog loves the park area that is so close for walks. Gym is great. We like it!!
I have nothing but amazing things to say about Amli Littleton Village. I have lived In many different apartment complex’s and amli is by far the best. The staff is incredible and they genuinely make leaving hear so much fun! I want to give a special shoutout to Stephanie as well!
I am on my third lease with AMLI Littleton- Some of my favorite things about this property: Immaculate maintenance responses and timing. Friendly staff and great amenity rooms. Generally clean community spaces. Food trucks and thoughtful small extras like free mini farmers markets from time to time. Professional approach to the landlord/ lease relationship overall and solid ability to resolve issues (luckily I have had very few while living here, but they have all been eventually handled well and settled amicably).
