I have nothing but amazing things to say about Amli Littleton Village. I have lived In many different apartment complex’s and amli is by far the best. The staff is incredible and they genuinely make leaving hear so much fun! I want to give a special shoutout to Stephanie as well!
I am on my third lease with AMLI Littleton- Some of my favorite things about this property: Immaculate maintenance responses and timing. Friendly staff and great amenity rooms. Generally clean community spaces. Food trucks and thoughtful small extras like free mini farmers markets from time to time. After signing my third lease with AMLI, they have started to move in a really sketchy way which is making me very much regret signing a third lease with them. I do not want to pay thousands monthly to a landlord who pulls sketchy charges on tenants for no reason other than to profit. When I signed my first lease in 2022, they required that I cancel the renters insurance policy I had and sign on to the company that they required. Maintenance was fast to fixed the maintenance request I put on the same day. They were respectful of my space.
