The place was well kept, clean and appeared to be a friendly and safe environment. The gentleman who did my tour was friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions about the property. Although, I wish it was a true non-smoking environment and there was a dedicated movie room to watch movies, I enjoyed the size of the units and that you can only go to your floor you live on and the common areas which is a great safety feature for residents.
I have Lived at AMLI LENOX for a year and my experience has been great! All the staff are Amazing but Taurey is exceptional!!!! He is always willing to assist me with watever concern I have and he does so with the most pleasant disposition😊. So if you ever come by just ask for him and you'll not regret it.
Taurey assisted me with applying. Went out of his way even after business hours to help me with my application and also went out of his way to help me get approval and ensure me that I should meet qualification. Taurey was very resourceful and helped me feel confident in this process, he gave me a great building tour and even upon moving in he continues to assist me!! Thank you Taurey!
Leasing office is the most rude and lazy employees ever never met anyone who hates their life and job so much it’s actually kinda sad how are u going to give residents a hard time because they’re asking u to do ur job. The hallways and elevator always smell like trash we pay for pest control there is roaches 4-5 inches long all over the building. Amli Lenox is probably the most ghetto building in buckhead. The guy sitting right in front of the leasing office was not welcoming people for walk in. We asked if he could let the leasing know or call back when they become available but He was unwilling to help and kept telling us to go on to the website. Very impolite, and unwelcoming for potential new customers. Please look at how AMLI 3464 greets their new customers as a reference to improve your services and attitude
