Think Twice – The Amli at Memorial Court is not a luxuary apartment. The staff is nice and I will see if they are honorable as I was told that a deposit I overpaid would be refunded and it has now been two months. Make sure to check at all apartments for assigned parking(not here), paying for sewer and trash(yes you have to pay here in addition to rent, I was not told this)and many times the dumpsters are over flowing., you will also pay a $4.00 fee for your rent bill each month(was not told this either).
