As a new resident, I had my first interaction with maintenance last week, and it was a great one. Skip came out to address an issue in my unit, and he was incredibly professional, friendly, and thorough. He called ahead before arriving, explained everything he was doing, and made sure the issue was fully resolved. It was such a reassuring first impression. Thanks Skip!

I have loved my experience living at the AMLI! The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Whenever we’ve had maintenance issues Skip is prompt and always does a great job. I couldn’t ask for a better home for my family.

I've lived at AMLI Fountain Place for almost three years now, and in my time here I've had two separate units. The building is obviously beautiful from the outside, and it's one of the "nicer" apartments in Dallas. The staff is largely great, maintenance team, concierge desk, cafe and bar as well. However you should be cognizant that the units themselves in my experience are not built to the highest standards.
