Great experience living here thus far! They have had an ongoing issue with fire alarms going of recurringly, at random hours sometimes 2-3am. Garage doors are pretty consistently faulty. Be mindful that you pay at minimum of $100 extra in fees (water, trash, sewage, utility package) on top of your rent every month. Bryan hands down made this one of the best move-in experiences! He was very knowledgeable & kind throughout the whole process and ensured it was as seamless as possible.
Bryan at the concierge desk when above and beyond to help with the loading kid some delivered items that were a bit too large for me to handle on my own. Could not have asked for a more thoughtful, diligent and responsible person helping me with loading furnishings.
