I want to report an incident that occurred two weeks ago at this apartment complex. A friend of mine has having a birthday party (milestone) and two hours into the party (which was really only an hour into the party due to weather delays), we were asked to leave because the clubhouse needed to be closed. This was after the birthday girl had received verbal and written permission to use the clubhouse until midnight. 3:00 AM AT NIGHT and I wrote this. It is my 4 month of no sleep schedule and not sleeping at all at nights. The person above has zero decency of the people leaving below. He just does not stop , Loud stoking and stomping walking noises. I have complained so many times. Been living at AMLI SLU for almost 3 years now. I love this cute community. We love the office staff and maintenance staff. They really do make sure you’re being taken care of with situations when it comes to comfort living. They’re very communicative when there are any repairs that need attention and they give ahead of time notice to ensure you are prepared. I have lived at 3 Amil’s throughout my many, many years in Austin, TX. I have finally had the most negative experience so I’m taking the time to review. I’ve always given the highest marks for them but that sadly has come to an end. I believe I’m in my FOURTH year at AMLI on Aldrich. I’ve never had an issue, love the people who work here (maintenance always being the ones who make them shine the most), so my review has no reflection on them. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE OKAY WITH PEOPLE STEALING FROM YOU. Left my car in the garage which you have to gain access thru gate and lift arm and someone stole items from my locked Vehicle. OF COURSE this place doesn't have cameras that work properly. DO NOT MOVE HERE, management is awful, the garbage is always overflowing and roaches everywhere. Amli was pretty good up until the pandemic, when rents started inflating beyond belief and standards fell by the wayside. While I would ordinarily go into detail about slapdash turnover, superficial remodeling, badly insulated windows, sloppy paint work, door striker plates not being set right, the gym becoming more basic and useless over time, or the garbage compactor regularly jamming, I instead have to talk about something much worse. If you work and need to sleep you wont find it here. I am very concerned. The same guys party this time going into the pool lounge at 430AM. I am a white collar professional and didnt need to get woken up at that time They are definitely on drugs. The office tells me to call the security number. I call them but they say they never have anyone to come. I was woken up at 5AM today. Same East India party guys poolside. Its weird same guys partying at different times of the night. I never know when they will wake me up I am a white collar professional that needs to sleep. I am quiet. I keep my place spotless. I am friendly to everyone. I don't get why they seem to cater to the party guys. If anyone else pool side gets this and wants to chat let em know. maybe if there are a group of us management will act very sad. 832 271 9838
