When I experienced problems with the apartment Daniel and his maintenance team went above and beyond to fix anything I had concerns about. Issues were all very quickly, friendly, and professionally addressed.
We have lived at Amli Denargo Market since 2018 and the service is consistently stellar. Special shout out to Danny who always goes above and beyond to deliver great service!!
Love it here!! The ALMI staff (including maintenance, etc) is the best!! It’s been so nice to have consistent staff. Bryce and Savanna have been extremely personable and helpful. Richy has also been great! Maintenance is prompt and friendly. What blew me away recently was when I woke up to see that maintenance took the time to shovel our patio after getting snow overnight! Daniel, the maintenance manager, is fantastic! He’s always on top of any maintenance request we submit. Every time an issue comes up, he gets it fixed timely and makes sure everything is working before he leaves. He is also very responsive. I have been living here for almost 3 years and have always gotten my requests fixed immediately.
I’ve lived at Amli Denargo for a little over a year and am transferring to Amli Art next month. Both times, Bryce was so helpful answering my questions and assisting with the application process. I absolutely love these properties and the amenities. The buildings are super clean and if I request a maintenance issue it’s always addressed within 24 hours. I would highly recommend these properties!
