I love my community! The staff in the leasing office and the maintenance staff are very friendly and respectful. My unit is fantastic. The amount of the rent is a challenge with me coming from a state that has set rate and doesn’t charge based on market fluctuations. But that doesn’t weigh anything negative against those working for AMLI Decatur.
Trig is the best part of AMLI!! He is so sweet and helpful as a neighbor and member of the community. He went out of his way to help me today and his kindness was the highlight of my week! Thank you Trig you’re the best 😊
Had an amazing tour and visit with Gustavo. He was very in the know about the property and was extremely pleasant to be around.
I am very disappointed in Amli and their professionalism. They gave the key to my apartment to an outside vendor without my permission. It actually followed me telling them I didn't want anyone in my apartment without me. I called to complain, but it took a few weeks to get the manager on the phone. I also left two messages with the Atlanta Corporate office, but have heard nothing from them.
Leasing staff was great! Move in process was smooth. Have lived here 10 months now and it's the best managed property I've ever lived at. The office staff and maintenance are amazing, and the property is exceptionally well maintained with fully functional amenities. We love living here and will definitely renew our lease! We feel safe calling Amli Decatur home.
