I’ve had a great experience with AMLI Decatur so far. After I moved in, Nicholas gave me a tour of the community and took the time to show me around and explain everything I needed to know. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of my questions. Gustavo was helpful during the move-in process and made sure everything went smoothly. An’Drea spend a lot of time with touring the property. I applied that same day! She and Gustavo are very nice, caring and professional. My move-in experience was seamless thanks to them. I had a minor repair that needed done and a maintenance person was at my door within 10 minutes. The property is well cared for and I’m beyond happy to call it home.
The AMLI Decatur maintenance team is the best!! They are a lot of the reason we continue to rent at AMLI -- plus the great location right in the heart of Decatur where we can walk to everything.
Maintenance and office staff are excellent : responsive, attentive, efficient, effective problem-solvers. Building design and construction flaws create challenges for staff and residents.
