3:00 AM AT NIGHT and I wrote this. It is my 4 month of no sleep schedule and not sleeping at all at nights. The person above has zero decency of the people leaving below. He just does not stop , Loud stoking and stomping walking noises. I have complained so many times. This apartment does not feel the pain of someone suffering from not sleeping since the past 4 months. I have started taking medication to sleep at nights.
