I was supposed to move into apartment 416 an on my moving day it wasn’t ready the carpet was filthy l, so I had to move into 418…. I had to transfer all utilities over again an if that wasn’t bad enough you guys charged me a late rent payment fee because I paid for 416 a not 418…. You then tried to charge me 294$ for gas at my last apartment that I had paid to nicor already…. Seems like very shady practices
I was willing to overlook some of my concerns since the location is ideal, but first impressions are everything. The leasing agents attitude was quite a turn off. When I'm asking extremely basic questions (that are not on the website), I don't think it's asking a lot for a warm response, at a minimim. Avoiding the questions, quoting policies, offering canned responses and rushing right to bothering me about setting up a tour is unnecessarily pushy. I'm not here to help you check a box.
