Apartament has AC unit extremly noisy at 80db, window not insulating enough to reduce it, making it disturbing sleep at random times, sometimes one can only get 3-4 hours of sleep a night. Service staff doesn't do anything about it and just claim there's no problem. Management staff are dismissive about it, didn't want to take any responsibilities, not seem to care about the law and seem to think residents are lying. If you want challenge in everyday life, this is the place.
Love this place. The only issue is the landscapers come at 8am and wake everyone up every Wednesday. People have complained and Amli refuses to find a service that would come at a later time.
Pros: Great location, friendly onsite staff, clean smoke-free community, great amenities, and very fast maintenance request resolution. Cons: The biggest issue is the rent renewal strategy. The pricing during renewal feels completely arbitrary and unfair to existing tenants. New residents moving into AMLI often get significantly better deals, while loyal tenants are pushed into much higher renewal rates for the exact same apartments. AMLI at Seven Bridges is an amazing place to live. The amenities are increasable. The Staff in the office are so kind and professional. The whole property is clean and well manicured. The living spaces are so well designed. They are super quiet as well. AMLI is super close (walking distance) to awesome restaurants, movie theaters, and a really good Starbucks.
