Worst place with inadequate managers, avoid at all cost!!! Things went wrong from the very beginning, Elicia showed me an apartment, I liked the layout and proximity to my work, but noticed the kitchen sink, stove, toilet, bath tub were all dirty. She assured me everything will be cleaned upon my move in. 4 times I called before moving in to make sure cleaning was done, got promises, but eventually had to move into the place with urine covered toilet, nasty bathtub, dirty kitchen. The basketball court is nice, when it’s clean. I’m unsure how often you guys clean or even sweep it at least. I go onto the court consistently and it’s constantly dusty which is dangerous when I try running and my legs slide out from under me, I’ve twisted my ankle several times because of it. Please at the very least sweep the dust off this nasty court.
I love my home here. Elicia in the office really does care about helping people fix any issues. Ben from maintenance is very talented at fixing things. Overall, a great place to rent. They continue to make improvements and they occasionally host community events like pool parties and what not. Thank you guys! Jen g.
The idea that someone who doesn't even know me could affect my entire future for the rest of my life by ruining my rental history and locking me out of apartment rentals across the entire nation and you don't even know anything about me.....that's just messed up! I think Elicia is just jealous! She needs to seek help! What she did to me was unethical! She has issues, please seek help! You have no right to prevent people from having access to housing.
