Terrible experience with this place and management. I would like some responsible person in upper management for the Austin area to contact me. I have tried to search for the general manager or someone in upper management at AMLI but am not able to find a contact.
Very noisy neighbors and super poor acoustics in the buildings! Many people here have big dogs which bark and run all the time on your head! And because of poor acoustics in these buildings, you always hear the animals even at 3 or 6am. For noise-sensitive people or those who need to relax, here is an absolute nightmare. Amazing night at arts event lots to see and many galleries are open year round close to everything. Great transport and close to downtown
Very disappointing! It's pretty bad that when the people upstairs flush their toilet, it is loud enough to wake you up from sleep. Everyone who comes to visit comments on how noisy it is. Office staff is not very helpful in solving problems. Work requests are never done on time (if done at all), lots of bugs too...I've lived in way better places. Ridiculous what they charge for these mediocre apartments. Can't wait to leave!
These money-hungry, greedy property managers will suck you dry. If you don't want to regret it, save yourself the trouble and rent elsewhere. I rented there for 3 noisy years (walls are paperthin, construction from the break of dawn), not to mention creepy neighbors and cars in the garage constantly being broken into. After I decided to move out they made up all sorts of false allegations about the state of my apartment to try to squeeze more money out of me, despite having a walk-through where they said it looked fine. We moved to Amli in Bellevue in September and cannot wait to get out. Here are the recent highlights: 1. The front door in 10001 building has been broken twice in the last 3 months. The management's solution: leave it open during the day, jeopardizing the security of residents and vehicles in the garage, and lock in dead during the evening hours, so the only way into the building is through the garage door.
