This apartment complex was, hands down, the absolute worst I have ever lived in. I was fed a string of lies to get me in the apartment and after about a month I realized how much of what they told me wasn't true. I should have known that the price of the apartment was too good to be true. The location is horrible, I had a view of a Taco Bell and the numerous homeless people that chose to spend their days there. I've lived here for almost 5 months and fully intend to eat the fees and break my lease. To be fair, I knew moving in that this isn't the safest neighborhood and that there were a high number of homeless people that hang around the gas station next door. I didn't realize that the complex's "open parking" policy allowed these homeless people to basically roam the property at will, as there is no gate or security door between the parking garage and the apartments themselves. Don't move here!! This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. It looks appealing because it's affordable and in a descent area but not the case at all. It's not safe and when you move out they will charge you for every little thing possible. It's almost impossible to get anyone to come in if something breaks and the ladies in the office are so rude!! It's always dirty with trash and they could care less!
