I just had to write another review about the outstanding maintenance staff. They respond promptly, exhibit exceptional professionalism, and work hard to make sure your problems/concerns are addressed. They really make the living experience here amazing.

I moved into AMLI 900 in the winter of 2013 and was generally happy for many years. Recently, though, the building has changed in ways that pushed me to leave. Several years ago, management partnered with Kasa, which operates like an Air B&B. Residents go through screening to live here, but Kasa guests do not. Yet they are given full access to the building and the parking garage. Guests are not clearly told where to park, so they routinely take assigned resident spots. Lived at AMLI900 for a little over a year and it was a good apartment and building. Maintenance responds quickly and clean up after themselves, I never waited too long for an elevator, and the staff did a great job in general. I only moved out because I left Chicago. I'd definitely rent an apartment at AMLI900 again.
