Marc did a great job with our inspection. He was incredibly thorough and explained everything to us as he was inspecting each room of the house. He laid out important issues and issues that were less of a priority. Also, he’s been very helpful with giving me references for other things that will need to be done with the house. We were very satisfied with the job Marc did and the knowledge he possessed while explaining everything to a first time home buyer.
Marc was great! He showed up on time and did a thorough inspection at a great price. The report was provided timely. Marc was knowledgeable about the components of a home and shared that information with us so we understood what we would need to be responsible for as homeowners. Wonderful inspector would definitely recommend.
