Highly recommend AMK Home Inspection services. I recently purchased a property and used Marc for the inspection. The process was so easy at every touch point. When I called his company, the receptionist was extremely personable and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. I received the report the same night after the inspection. Marc was amazing. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through every room and explained to us every single issue he found. We appreciate every step Marc took in ensuring that we knew everything about the house. He saved us from buying a home that would have cost too much for us to repair.

I had Marc come out for a home inspection. He was EXCELLENT - he was very thorough checking the entire house and answered tons of questions without making us feel like a bother. He is great at explaining things in detail so we understand how things work. His pricing was very fair, and I really got my money’s worth. He provided a very detailed report after along with a book on home maintenance! Marc was very professional, friendly, and overall a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to everyone!!!!

Marc was excellent. He is aware of his position offering a service to us - we paid to cover ourselves.. so he's offering honest, first time homeowner type opinions. He was very thorough and honest - he didn't raise alarms needlessly but was very honest about conditions and would could come if left unattended to for too long. He followed up very very quickly with a thorough report including the key highlights we may want to address first.
