Bought a 2007 Ford Explorer from Alan, it was my first used car buying experience and he was extremely helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. He made the whole process very streamlined and easy. A few days after getting the car I had a problem with an ABS sensor, Alan was extremely helpful in fixing the problem and making sure I was all set. I'd recommend this company wholeheartedly, great company, honest owner, terrific all around.

You should never ever buy a car from these people, buyer beware. The owner Alan Kachanian makes faulty repairs to vehicles, often passes off cars that have been wrecked and he has fixed as non-salvage cars. Dont' ever buy a car from this company.
I would not recommend to get any work done by any one here! I took my car in to get an inspection sticker from the man who i believe owns it. Allen i think his name is, any way he told me I had a lot wrong with my car. One thing that was wrong was my spark plugs. Never the less I payed him $400 for him to fix my spark plugs, and various other things. After words he told me to come back in a few days. I ended up going to my families mechanic in salem, he didn't pass my car because he told my the spark plugs were miss firing !... read more
