Really happy with the outcome of a small bathroom renovation. Thanks to Michael for not saying this was too small a project. I appreciate the transparent communication throughout the project. Michael was easy to reach and the project went just as planned. Really appreciate the protection for the non-renovating parts of the home, but it sometimes might not be enough, or the crew could be better instructed that protective material is not impervious.
Have completed a couple projects/tasks for Michael AMJ now as a subcontractor. His knowledge and communication is great, everything he lists on his scopes of work are always accurate and precise. Definitely can see he’s a very well organized GC and always hear great things from his clients about him when working in their homes. His projects are always looking clean, always properly protected, and the finish results are always fantastic.
