We have been using Rafael and his team for over 8 years. He had replaced our roof, changed out our siding and has always come by if a piece blows off due to heavy winds at the shore. He is reliable, reasonable priced, does great work and he DOES EXACTLY WHAT HE SAYS HE WILL DO. !!!! That is really rare in this world, and I am so happy to have Amj Contractors because they are truly there whenever I need them. Here is a photo of the new siding work they just completed for me this past Spring. It looks AWESOME !!!

I’m leaving an honest review based on my experience earlier this year. The people I worked with were polite and professional, and I don’t have anything negative to say about their attitude or communication. That said, I was very disappointed with the pricing and overall value. I paid $7,500 for a small porch soffit work and a beam repair. The porch roof is relatively small, yet the project took over a month to complete. My job of a new roof one year , and the next year , replacement siding , was excellent. Both jobs were done correctly. Full communication along the way and clear explanation of any details made the job stress free. More importantly, the job was done correctly the first time. This saved me aggravation later . It was a big job and done on time. Quality costs less.
