Great clinic, great doctors, but it's a bit ridiculous that you all write down credit numbers while closed to the public and say you shred it. If you were open, you'd be running the card immediately, so why can't you do that while closed, too? I've complained about this before when you all didn't run my card, which makes me wonder where did my handwritten information go and why are you still doing this?
RecommendedThey take excellent care of my Barry! He goes for daycare, boarding, grooming, and of course vet care. He ended up getting a hotspot and they got him in the same day to get it looked at! They really get to know their animals and all the employees take such great care of them. 10/10.

They left me and the dog outside for over half an hour. The person we checked in with just didn't bother to make sure we got helped. Then all the vet tec going in and out never bothered to check in on us either. They can see us from the window behind the desk.
Dr. Jones & staff take excellent care of all the FOPAS dogs & cats. So much so that after volunteering with FOPAS I switched to him as my own dogs & cat vet for the last 16 years. I would never trust anyone else the way I trust Amity Woods Animal Hospital & Dr. Jones. With my own personal cat/dogs he’s seen them from kitten/puppies & all through their lives until it was time to go to Rainbow Bridge.
My dad got to Amity and called to have our dog picked up from the car at 7:03am and then was asked to be put on hold, then was hung up on. Other cars started to pull up and the staff started to take the other cars dogs. My dad called again and asked why the other dogs were getting picked when he was the first one and was hung up on. I go to the daycare and the vet and these professionals genuinely care about the animals they treat. Today my pup hurt his dewclaw and they took care of him right away. I’m so grateful to have found this animal hospital and HIGHLY recommend them!!!!
My daughter used to work for Dr. Jones as a Veterinarian Technician. Great facility! Animal Clinic and Lodge! ❤️
